Tying machines
The Tying machine which is described here is a complete new development based on the knowledge of already built plants of this kind. We considered several demands of our customers. So a special roller conveyor is not necessary. The concept is a simple element construction.
Different Stack width and height with the recommended maximum / minimum range are automatically recognized by sensors. Simultaneous the mashine calculates the affordable length of the tying wire.
Assumption for troublefree tying is, that the mesh is stackend with a tolerance of +/-15mm. Meshpitch must be bigger than 100 x 100 mm.
