Process description
- Stack is transported in with a roller conveyour
- the Shear elevator lifts up the stack until the upper Mesh is in Pick up position
- Mesh seperator moves to pick up position an picks up the upper mesh (linewire or crosswire)
- Roller curtain moves to feed position – meanwhile the pick up and the feed unit are moving to start position
- Mesh is aligned at a fixes block
- Mesh is gripped in the rear position and is feeded in the shear to the exact length of the mesh strip
- The shear cuts and the mesh strip falls on a conveyor belt. As it is needed, the stripes are stacked turned over or not, as required
- Feeding in the mesh to next cutting position
- Repetition Step 6/7
- Last stripe is pushed through the shear with a pneumatic cylinder
